JOB SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs across various platforms to support organization’s brand, marketing and communication efforts. this includes digital, print and multimedia content, ensuring consistency with brand deadline and strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce a variety of creative content including brochures, posters, social media graphics, infographics, reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications and other internal terms to develop visual concepts that meet projects objectives
- Manage and update the organization’s visual brand identity across platforms
- Prepare artwork to print and digital distribution, ensuring high quality output and correct file formatting.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across al projects in line with organization branding guidelines
- Assist in the development of templates for internal and external use.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadline
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in design.
REQUIREMENTS & DESIRABLES
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator,inDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple mediums.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of team.
- Knowledge of printing processes and digital media formats.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Desirable :
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing or UI/UX design is an advantage
- Familiarity with web design tools and platforms (e.g. Figma, Canva, WordPress) is a plus
