Position: Java/C# & Automation Developer – Camunda & Integration Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Java & Automation Developer with strong experience in enterprise workflow automation, integration, and backend development using Camunda and Java technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable automation solutions and enterprise integrations across banking, insurance, or enterprise platforms. The role involves developing BPMN-based workflows, microservices, APIs, and integration services while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and operational reliability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using Camunda.
• Develop Java backend services and REST APIs using Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, core banking systems, ERP, CRM, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Develop External Task Workers, asynchronous processing, and orchestration services.
• Implement BPMN 2.0 workflows, DMN decision models, and event-driven architectures.
• Support deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize database performance and application scalability.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and production issues.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in Java (Java 11/17/21).
- Experience with Camunda 7 or 8.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with:
- Spring Boot
- PostgreSQL / Oracle / SQL Server
- Kafka / Messaging platforms
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API development.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Banking, insurance, or financial services experience.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and SSO integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft.
• Experience with Hyperautomation, AI-enabled workflows, or enterprise orchestration platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in Java enterprise development and automation technologies.
